1. How to Return a Product
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of your purchase by email at info@motionrdesign.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- Ensure the product is in its original condition, with all tags attached.
- Return the product to the address below. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery:

2. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- Exchanges: If you’d prefer an exchange, it will be processed as a new order once we receive the returned item.
3. What Items Can’t Be Returned?
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or bespoke products
- Items that have been opened or used
- Perishable goods

4. International Orders
Motion R Design only ships to the UK and Ireland. For international customers:
- Orders must be arranged via phone or email prior to purchase, as all international orders are bespoke agreements.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged during transit.
