1. How to Return a Product

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase by email at info@motionrdesign.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Ensure the product is in its original condition, with all tags attached.
  3. Return the product to the address below. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery:

2. Refunds and Exchanges
  • Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
  • Exchanges: If you’d prefer an exchange, it will be processed as a new order once we receive the returned item.
3. What Items Can’t Be Returned?

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or bespoke products
  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Perishable goods

4. International Orders

Motion R Design only ships to the UK and Ireland. For international customers:

  • Orders must be arranged via phone or email prior to purchase, as all international orders are bespoke agreements.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged during transit.
  • Tracked Returns: We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return.
